I have over the years used a number of different brands of paint, including the expensive brands. I recently purchased this colour for my son’s room and it is wonderful paint to use. The colour is quite simply stunning and the paint is fabulous quality, goes on easily and dries evenly and quickly. I am now looking at the other rooms in my house with a view to using more colours from this fabulous paint range – thank you so much.

Amazing colour, great paint. Compared with Farrow and Ball’s Hague Blue, this Sgurr Alasdair paint is very close in colour and tone, and the quality is identical, ie excellent! The Matt finish is completely matt and marks quite easily, so high use areas would probably be better off in Durable (a slight sheen which allows marks to be wiped off). Brilliant paint!

Happy Days. Weekend home contract to paint the hallway. Kilmuir thatch was the colour of choice. A gentle/ subtle yellow. Great paint, really thick but easy to apply by roller and when cutting in with a brush. Very impressed with the quality of coverage, expected to apply two coats but one coat was all that was required. Lounge next….
